Post Thanksgiving 2010 update

I'm still going to the gym 3-4 days a week in the morning for an hour. I know I'm back in the workout habit when I feel guilty taking a non-weekend day off (like when I have to go into work early). Haven't worked in weights yet and know I need to start, but I hate working out with meatheads!!

Pigged out on Thanksgiving. Those Midwesterners know how to cook. Too bad I know NONE of it was low fat. We had salad but it was COATED in full fat mayonnaise based dressing. And how can you resist pumpkin pie, pecan pie, apple pie, coconut cream pie, brownie cookies, angel food cake, 3 types of fudge... And to top it off, it was either raining, freezing or so windy I'd get carried to Kansas, so working out/ long walks didn't exactly happen.

So today I got back in the grind. Considering I was at 150 lbs before we left, I was pretty happy with the numbers I got today given how lazy and how poorly I ate when we were in Ohio. Here's my current numbers. Changes are from 2 weeks ago. Don't remember if I documented those here.

Weight: 148.6lbs
Left Arm: 13" (no change)
Boobs (at the nipple): 36.75" (up 0.5)
Ribs (bra line): 31.5" (down 0.5)
Belly button: 32" (no change)
Hips: 40.5" (down 1")
Left Thigh: 23.5" (up 1")
Left calf: 15" (no change)
